NURSE LINE
You can turn to the 24-hour Blue Cross Nurse Line by calling the phone number on the back of your member ID card whenever you need medical advice. If you are sick late at night or you’re not sure whether to go to the emergency room, the Nurse Line is a good place to start. It is staffed with experienced, registered nurses. They can help you resolve some issues at home, step by step.
FIND A DOCTOR
At bluecrossmn.com/find-a-doctor, you can search within your network for doctors, clinics, and hospitals that your plan covers. You will need to enter your group number, which can be found on the front of your Blue Cross member ID card. All plans have different coverage options when it comes to specific doctors, clinics, services, and treatments.

OTC (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS
Get the commonly used over-the-counter health and wellness products you need with a quarterly allowance. We offer a $40-$100 quarterly allowance, depending on your plan. You can get them through select CVS retail locations, over the phone at 1-888-628-2770, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time or online at cvs.com/otchs/bcbsmn. You can order from a list of approved OTC items, and OTC Health Solutions will mail them directly to your home address. You may also use select CVS stores to make an in-store purchase.
EYE HEALTH

HEARING
Both screening and diagnostic hearing exams are available at no cost. If your doctor thinks a hearing aid is needed, your benefit through TruHearing makes it more affordable for covered hearing aids. COVERED DIAGNOSTIC MAMMOGRAMS AND COLONOSCOPIES
If you are experiencing certain symptoms, such as a lump or pain, you might need a diagnostic mammogram or colonoscopy. These procedures are separate from your routine, doctor recommended screenings and have a $0 copayment, but may require prior authorization. QUIT TOBACCO
If you need extra support quitting tobacco, Blue Cross offers a program to help. You will be able to talk about your history of tobacco use, receive ongoing support from a wellness coach at times that work for you, develop a personal quit plan, and more.
