4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup chicken broth
Seasonings of your choice
DIRECTIONS
- Place chicken breasts in 2-quart slow cooker. Add chicken
broth and seasonings of your choice. - Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or on low for 7–8 hours,
until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F). - Pull apart chicken and shred with a fork.
- Serve as desired or let chicken cool and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or in the freezer for 3–4 months. Use for salads, soups and stews, tacos, and more.
